Who is Lekki Worldwide Investments Limited?

LWIL duly registered company, set-up by LASG as an SPV to promote and manage the development of the Lekki Free Zone Project.

  1. Manage the commercial interest of LASG by developing businesses and fostering Joint Venture partnership that aligns with LASGs economic development goals, within the Lekki Free Zone.
  2. Ensuring efficient land administration, optimization & utilization, in the Lekki Free Zone.
  3. Interface, and maintain mutually beneficial / collaborative relationship between Lekki Free Zone host communities, LASG MDAs and investors.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, Memorandum of Understanding, executed between LASG and Host Communities.
  5. Address social and environmental concerns within the Lekki Free Zone.

LWIL private limited liability company owned by LASG.

  1. Lekki Economic Zone Development Company FZC (LFZDC) and Alaro City FZC are Joint Venture companies responsible for developing different segments of the Lekki Economic Zone.
  2. While LWIL is an SPV responsible for ensuring the development of the entire Lekki Economic Zone, for and on behalf of LASG.

Approximately 16,500 Hectares.

We lease land to promote and support the development of the Lekki Economic Zone in line with applicable regulations.

Residential properties are developed and sold within the North West Quadrant, managed by Alaro City FZC.

  1. Manufacturing Sectors- Light and Heavy Industries.
  2. Oil and Gas Sector.
  3. Real Estate Sector- Offers Commercial Office spaces and Warehouses.
  4. Infrastructure Development- Power Plant, Gas Station, water treatment plants, dry bulk jetties, truck parking facilities.
  1. Submit Application or Proposal Letter and corporate profile to Lekki Worldwide Investments Ltd.
  2. Undergo assessment process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. i.e. ensuring that proposed activity or venture is permitted by NEPZA.
  3. Fulfill regulatory requirements. i.e. pay applicable fees, rate or charges, such as registration fees, lease rate etc.
  4. Commence Venture.
