Mr. Biodun Dabiri
Biodun Dabiri is a consummate corporate finance specialist who has handled some of the largest and most complex transactions in the Nigerian capital markets over a period spanning 24 years. He was involved in the conceptualization, capitalization and restructuring of a wide variety of ideas and companies. He set up and nurtured a number of successful business units including the Capital Consortium Limited, an asset management company and Security Swaps Limited, a stockbroking firm and foremost player in the Nigerian capital market.
Biodun, in conjunction with a group of investors, packaged the corporate spin off of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc’s shareholdings in Magnum Trust Bank Plc (now part of Sterling Bank Plc) and co -managed the bank from 1999 to 2007. Pursuant to the Nigerian banking consolidation directives, he put together the investment banking competencies of the banks that merged into Sterling Bank Plc, to form Sterling Capital Markets, which he managed until his resignation in 2008. During this period, Sterling Capital Markets Limited rose to become one of the best known investment banking institutions in Nigeria. He led a team that raised over N650billion in 25 transactions for the financial services, oil and manufacturing sectors. He played a prominent role in merger and acquisition activities, local and off shore fund raising activities consummated during the first and second rounds of the financial sector consolidation exercises.
Biodun is a 1977 graduate of the University of Ibadan, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria having trained with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte Touche) Chartered Accountants. He is a member of the Board of the Central Securities Clearing System (CSCS) [ the central depository of the Nigerian capital market, which he helped midwife], a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and a dealing member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He is also a committee member of the Lagos Ogun Megacity Development Authority.
Dr. Tunde Sodade
Tunde obtained his B.Sc (hons) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Lagos (1984), MBA from Cranfield University School of Management, UK (1996) and PhD from Department of Civil Engineering, University of Calgary, Canada (2011). His doctoral research was focused on the dynamic complexities in large-scale public infrastructure projects.
Before His appointment as the Managing Director of Lekki Worldwide Investments Limited, Dr. Tunde Sodade served the Ogun State Government where he led the Public Partnership office, Dr. Tunde Sodade was also in charge of the Capital Projects Standard and Resource Centre at Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo- the cradle of the energy exploration and major capital project development in North America.
His responsibilities included the strategic and operational leadership of the center to support the delivery of approximately $1 billion worth of major capital/ infrastructure project including transportation, water, power and pipelines for client residents which included major oil and gas companies, oil service, heavy engineering, educational and other industrial, commercial and residential stakeholders.
Dr. Sodade earlier consulted for Ernest & Young’s Major Capital Projects Advisory Services practice in Calgary, Alberta where he focused on the oil and gas, government and public utilities sectors. His experience is varied across organization type and size, including government agencies.
He has taught at some leading institutions such as the Project Management Training Institute (Michigan, USA), The University of Calgary and Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. In Nigeria, he advises donor organizations like the British Department for International Development (DFID), the Nigeria Infrastructure Advisory Facility (NIAF) and state governments on the management and delivery of major infrastructure projects.
Tunde has worked extensively in the area of organizational management, project planning, audits, escalations, process reengineering, cost and risk management along the entire value chain of major capital projects in the construction, oil and gas and government sectors.

Popson is a graduate of Business Management and Accounting obtained from Institute of Commercial Technology, Latina, Italy in 1986. He also bagged a Postgraduate degree in Management Studies from Business School, Metropolitan University, London in 1996. He is a Fellow of Royal Society of Arts (FRSA), United Kingdom.
Jaiyesimi Popson was appointed an Executive Director, Finance and Administration, Lekki Worldwide Investments Limited in October 2015. Until his appointment, Popson worked in London Borough of Barnet (1992-1993); Employment Services, London (1994-1995); European Social Fund Management (1995-2001). He was involved in Management of fund, management of run down community and the development of inner city areas and business centres, redevelopment of brand new cities in London Kings cross development and Haggerston estate in London UK.
Creation of new jobs, entrepreneurship skills and small scale business development.

He was appointed as Executive Director, Technical Services, Lekki Worldwide Investments Limited in October 2015. Until his appointment, Ismail had his work experience at Lagos State Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives (Fadama Development Project) from 2004 -2013. He was involved in facilitating, monitoring and evaluating the Pilot Asset
Acquisition Scheme; maintenance of facilities etc.
He served YEMES Construction & Allied Companies as Technical Director from 2013 – 2015. Where he was specialized in Building, Civil, Agro-Allied Engineering Works & General Merchant.
Mr. Lekan Akodu
Mr. Fariudeen Abisoye Olalekan Akodu was born in Epe Town, in the Epe Local Government Area of Lagos State on August 16, 1958. Mr. Akodu was admitted in to the University of Nigeria (UNN), Nsukka, to Study Political Science and upon completion; he was awarded a Bachelor’s degree in 1981. His passion for academic excellence saw him at the University of Lagos, Akoka, from 1983 to 1985 for a Masters degree in Public Administration (MPA). He also holds a Master’s of Science (MSC) in Urban Land Appraisal from the University of Reading, UK, in 1993. In furtherance of his quest for academic pursuit, he returned to the University of Lagos in 1996 and obtained a Diploma in Property Law and Secured Credit Transactions in February 1997. He also obtained a Bachelor of Law from the Lagos State University, Ojo in 2004 and was called to the Bar in November 2005.
Mr. Akodu started his public service career in 1983 as Higher Executive Officer, General Duties. In the course of his career, he had served in various capacities in different Ministries and Agencies which include: Lands and Housing Departments (1983-1985);Senior Personnel Officer, GL 10 in the Lands and Housing Department (1991-1992); Principal Personnel Officer GL 12, General Services Bureau (GSB) 1994-1998; Assistant Chief Personnel Officer, GL 13, Public Service Office (PSO) 1998- 1998; Executive Secretary, Lagos State Pilgrims Welfare Board, Ministry of Home Affairs and Culture (1998- 2002); Chief Administrative Officer, GL 14, Office of Special Adviser on Local Government (2002-2003), Chief Administrative Officer, GL 14, Ministry of Finance, Computer Services Department (Admin) 2003-2004, Director, Finance & Administration, GL 15, Ministry of Science & Technology (2003-2004), Director, Finance & Administration, GL 15, Ministry of Establishment & Training (2005-2006), Director, Finance & Administration, GL 16, Ministry of Finance, State Treasury Office, (2006-2009), Director, Finance & Administration, GL 17, (2009-2012), Office of Youth & Social Development before he was appointed Permanent Secretary in December 20, 2012 and was deployed to the Public Service Office, Office of the Head of Service (2013-2015).

Mr. Abiodun Muritala

Abiodun was appointed CEO of Ibile Holdings Limited in September 2015 and he is responsible for the overall strategy and operations of the Company. Until his appointment, Abiodun was a Partner at Distinct Consult & Associates, a private consultancy firm in the area of Turnaround and Change Management; Operational Process Development and Management; Financial Planning and Investment Analysis; and Entrepreneurship and Leadership.
He began his career as an Audit Supervisor and later as part time Lecturer for Management Staff at Peat Marwick Ani Ogunde between July 1993 and August 1995, before venturing into the Banking Sector as an Assistant Manager, Credit and Marketing at Crystal Bank from August 1995 till July 1997. He had a brief stint in the Public Sector when he served in a Treasury function at the Local Government Service Commission in Lagos between July 1997 and September 2000.
In September 2000 after contributing his quota to public service, he revived his banking career to perform a commercial banking function at Liberty Bank Plc till August 2001. Thereafter, he moved to Omega bank as a unit head and later was appointed Acting Group Head, Consumer Banking at Omega Bank Plc till December 2003 prior to co-founding Distinct Consult & Associates in January 2004.
During the course of his career, Abiodun has been involved with investments in various activities in Nigeria totaling more than N 120 billion.
Abiodun is a chartered accountant with over 22 years post qualification experience spanning across Audit, Credit & Marketing, Treasury, Commercial Banking, Consumer Banking, Procurement, Logistics and Consulting. He holds a BSc. in Economics from University of Lagos, HND in Accounting from Lagos State Polytechnic, an MBA from China-Europe International Business School in Shanghai, China and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in November 1994 with Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria.
